This little entrepreneur is learning a lot about buying the things he wants.
He is totally into his video games right now. Instead of fighting it to get him outside, we decided to lean into what he likes and use it to teach him to hustle.
What He’s Learning:
✅ Take 10% off the top and give it away
✅ Take another 30% and save it
✅ Live on the rest

He’s learning not to ask for more money without offering to do a chore to earn more (he helped me paint a room and earned $40 because he wanted more money).
I’m very proud of this little entrepreneur.
What I’m Learning
Parenting should be called practicing parenting because we are all just guessing really. No parent out there has all the answers, but we can borrow lessons from others and try them.
At least that’s what I do. I borrow from my parents, from books, other leaders, and I draw from the hard lessons of my life.
I’m learning that is perfectly normal. Just because I don’t have it all figured out doesn’t mean I’m not doing good things.
My son is learning to be a little entrepreneur and that skill will follow up him for his whole life.
